Lawrence Park/Teddington Park

Situated in Northern Toronto, just southeast of Yonge & Lawrence, Lawrence Park is a tranquil family-oriented neighbourhood. Among the city’s most sought-after enclaves, Lawrence Park is cut by a meandering creek, steps from Sunnybrook Park, close to top schools, and known for lush topography and gentle hills. Most real estate in Lawrence Park includes detached homes built between 1910-1940 in various styles, featuring large lots. Housing stock in the neighbourhood tends to blend the old and new, keeping with tradition while adopting modern real estate trends.

Lytton Park

West of Lawrence Park is Lytton Park. A quiet neighbourhood perfect for families with kids, Lytton Park is also bordered by bustling Yonge Street, creating a best-of-both-worlds environment. As one of Toronto’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, Lytton Park is favoured for its serene charm, top schools, and quick access to major roadways. Insulated from the surrounding hustle and bustle, Lytton Park has lush landscapes, several parks, and recreation centres catering to a quiet, active lifestyle. For retail therapy, satisfying your inner foodie, or a night out, residents are walking distance to the businesses along Yonge Street, Avenue Road, and Eglinton Avenue. Real estate in Lytton Park includes detached homes, with some on prime ravine lots, as well as some duplexes, semi-detached properties, and townhomes.

Rosedale

Bordered by the Don River and the expansive greenspaces that flank it, Rosedale is one of Toronto’s most fashionable addresses. The beautiful topography makes it feel like you’re hours away from the city centre, when Rosedale is just 10 minutes from downtown. Yonge Street and Summerhill Avenue serve as the retail and entertainment hubs, and are walking distance from most homes. Abundant with parklands, conservation lands, waterways, forests, and trails, Rosedale is a favourite for families who love the outdoors and active living. Balfour Park and Yellow Creek, and Carstowe Road Lands. The popular Yonge & St. Clair area serves as the retail centre for residents, as it’s home to upscale stores, gourmet restaurants, and elevated services. Most of the detached homes in Moore Park were built between 1910-1930, with large yards and some backing on to the ravine. There are a number of custom homes, as well as townhomes, some duplexes and multiplexes.

Summerhill

To the west of Moore Park and Rosedale is the sought-after Summerhill community. This neighbourhood is centred around Yonge Street, but is bordered by David A. While residents can easily access the trendy shops and restaurants along Yonge Street and quickly reach the downtown, entertainment, and financial districts, they’re also afforded a tranquil space abundant with nature. The earliest collection of Summerhill real estate includes detached and semi-detached homes built between 1880-1915. Contemporary townhomes are available as well as a number of boutique condo buildings.
